1. Beta product
Vessel is in private, invite-only beta. Features can change, break, or be removed without notice. Data import/export reliability is best-effort during beta. Use accordingly.
2. Not medical advice
Vessel is a longevity and wellness tool, not a medical device. Nothing produced by Vessel - including the Vessel Longevity Index, your weekly protocol, biomarker analysis, or coach responses - constitutes a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for advice from a licensed clinician. Discuss meaningful changes to diet, training, supplementation, or medication with your physician.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the credentials you use to access Vessel and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Vessel.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to compromise the service.
- Upload data that is not yours or that you do not have rights to.
- Use Vessel to make medical decisions for other people.
5. Your data
You own your data. Vessel processes it under the terms in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile -> Danger zone.
6. Liability
Vessel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vessel and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms during beta. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
