What we collect

Vessel collects only what we need to compute your Vessel Longevity Index and personalized protocol:

  • Account info: email, display name, age, sex.
  • Self-reported data: daily check-ins (energy, mood, sleep, libido, focus, stress) and free-text notes.
  • Voice notes: short audio recordings you submit, plus the transcript and tone signals derived from them.
  • Wearable data: HRV, sleep, RHR, steps, training load from devices you connect (Whoop, Oura, Apple Watch, Garmin, etc.).
  • Bloodwork: PDFs you upload and the structured markers parsed from them.

How we use it

  • To compute your VLI and generate your weekly protocol.
  • To show you trends over time on your dashboard.
  • To send you product emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising on your data.

Who can see your data

Only you. Every health table is protected by row-level security tied to your account. Vessel staff do not browse user data; an auditable admin tool exists for support, but is gated and logged.

Third parties we use

  • Lovable Cloud / Supabase: encrypted database, file storage, and authentication.
  • Vital: secure pipe between your wearable provider and Vessel.
  • ElevenLabs: voice transcription.
  • Google Gemini / OpenAI (via Lovable AI Gateway): protocol synthesis and tone scoring. Inputs are processed transiently and not used to train provider models.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time. The "Delete my account" button in Profile -> Danger zone permanently wipes your profile, check-ins, voice notes, wearable history, lab markers, and protocols. This is irreversible.

Beta caveats

Vessel is in private beta. The product is a longevity tool, not a medical device. Nothing in Vessel is a diagnosis or treatment. Always discuss material changes with your physician.
